Built of Quercy stone and completely modernised and restored in 2002, Pech Vigne forms part of a group of venacular buildings dating from the 14th through to the 18th century which stand on a promontory giving it spendid views over two valleys and the medieval village of Montcuq.

Ground Floor: Kitchen / living room with height adjustable kitchen workstation adjustable from 60 to 110 cms in height. (incl. sink,hob, oven).
Bedroom 15m² and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, ground level shower, handicapped seat, washbasin adjustable in height from 60 to 90 cms, and a W.C.

1st floor: Second bedroom of 25m² with stone mullion window. Third bedroom of 12m² with washbasin, shower room with floor level shower, adjustable washbasin and W.C.2nd floor : Games room of 50m2 which can be used as a fourth spare bedroom.
A lift serving all three floors is reserved for the disabled, with or without wheelchairs.
Low temperature underfloor central heating for 'off season' use. Throughout the property, the electrical circuits, plugs and switches are installed to 'disabled' standards.
Optionally, we can supply an electric wheelchair for use within the house.
Optionally, we can also supply an electric scooter capable of traveling some 40kms.
A 12m x 6m swimming pool with roman step access is shared with the owners when in residence.
