Beautifully restored by it's English owners, this 18th century stone farm house has exposed beams throughout and is set in eight acres of grounds amidst miles of open walking and cycling countryside.

Amidst miles of open farm land, nestling in the side of the valley, the cottage is surrounded by mature Oak, Walnut and fruit trees, offering welcome shade in the summer months. The East facing terrace is ideal for taking breakfast while catching the early morning sun.

The main entrance and terrasse, on the West side, is covered by a large auvent and makes an ideal setting for midday and evening meals.

Across the spacious courtyard is a beautiful stone barn and pigonier, distinctive in design to the area. The barn is now home to Lulu and Grisette, two wonderful donkeys and a mixture of ducks and hens.

The main entrance leads to a large, open plan, lounge and dinning area. The room oozes character and has a fine example of a stone fireplace at it's centre. There is also a Television with English digital TV, a video recorder, audio cassette and CD player and a large selection of books and games.

The fully equipped kitchen area includes large gas cooker, fridge, dishwasher and separate freezer.

From the lounge, a door leads to the master bedroom and a staircase leads to the mezzanine that has two single beds.
